The rings are in bright aluminum, the tail is left hollow for maximum swaying.
**Aluminum is very lightweight and mostly quite sturdy but the Achilles heel to these tails is snags. You can step on them, drop them from high heights, wash them in soapy water, light them on fire, whip them at people, whatever you like, and they will sustain minimal damage. But if they snag the rings can pull apart, this is a super easy fix but please be aware when playing!**
These tails are approximately 4 inches (10cm) wide by 17 inches long (44 cm), totalling over 100 scales plus a 1.5 - 2 inch (5 cm) lobster clasp (clasp will vary depending on availability). The hollow center allows them to collapse into a 8 inch item for transportation. Smaller and larger tails are also available!
